1. How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

All standard orders will be shipped within  5 to 7 business days of confirmation from our team that they have received your order. If your order includes an item that we indicated will be shipped at a later date, we will only ship the entire order out together once the item arrives. 

2. Will I receive customs/import duties? 

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges. 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to tell you what the cost would be since customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. 

3. Can I cancel or edit my order? 

Unfortunately, we're unable to make any changes to your order once placed as it’s processed immediately at the warehouse. You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items. 

4. How do I know which size fits me? 

Each product page has a size chart (INCHES/CM) and a size guide at the end of the product image gallery. If you have any specific questions please feel to contact us

  1. Do you offer COD? 

We offer Cash On Delivery (C0D) however, if you wish to return a Product for a reason other than damage, the customer will be responsible for covering the delivery charges.

We accept all bank transactions.

1. My tracking shows that my parcel is being returned to the sender, what does it mean? 

The carrier has been unable to deliver your parcel to you (you may not have been in or they might not have been able to gain access to your property). If your tracking is showing as being returned to us you can wait for your parcel to come back and we'll give you a refund when it does. A typical refund will take up to 21 days, that’s 14 days for the parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and us processing with up to 7 days for it to make its way through the banking system. 

If the carrier was unable to deliver this time it may be worth considering when you next order to use an alternative delivery address where you know someone will be able to receive the parcel or selecting an alternative delivery option at checkout e.g. time specific delivery or locker collection if offered in your delivery location. 

2. Can I change the delivery address on my order? 

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to make any changes to your address. 

3. Why was my order cancelled? 

If you've placed an order and received a cancellation email from us, we're really sorry. This will usually be because the stock wasn't in the warehouse when we processed your order. You'll get a cancellation email and a refund via the original payment method used. The

refund may take up to 7 Working days - this is the banking process and not something we can speed up.

1. Can I exchange an order? 

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items. 

2. I think I got the sizing wrong on my order, can I exchange it for a different size? 

We’re happy to send you the right size and do an exchange! Otherwise, we only replace items if they have arrived defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email at:  exchange@benvenutograzie.online
