Returns Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns within the UK

  • Notify us of your return
  • Pack up the items to be returned, enclosing the packing slip.
  • Fix the enclosed address label to the front of the parcel.
  • Arrange shipping of your items, making sure you get/keep tracking information.

Returns outside of the UK (if applicable) 

  • Notify us of your return.
  • Pack up the items to be returned, enclosing the packing slip and any waybills or invoices for customs.
  • Fix the enclosed address label to the front of the parcel. 

Please note we do not offer postage paid returns at this time and are unable to cover shipping costs. Any shipment costs for International shipping via DHL will be deducted when refunds are issued.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned products to reach us and/or your exchanged products to reach you, may vary.

When shipping an item back, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
